Biography
Rifat Rahman Tomal, CEO of Saint David’s IELTS and Immigration Consultancy, initially set his sights on a legal career, earning his law degree and securing a place for an LLB at the University of South Wales. However, his path took an unexpected turn when he needed to achieve a high IELTS score for admission. After scoring a perfect 9, he felt compelled to share his expertise with other Bangladeshi students.
He began offering free IELTS webinars and sessions while pursuing his LLM at the University of Bedfordshire. Upon returning to Bangladesh, Tomal’s passion for teaching led him to establish Saint David’s. Starting with a small group of students, his innovative approach quickly gained popularity. Today, Saint David’s stands as a testament to Tomal’s dedication, transforming the IELTS preparation landscape in Bangladesh.
